Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods out of our warehouse, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels and supporting overall warehouse operations.
Duties
- Prepare outbound shipments, including Cleaning, Proper Packaging, Labeling, and corresponding Documentation.
- Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize the shipping processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving role is preferred.
- Familiarity with stock management, packaging techniques, and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Physical ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.97 - $20.10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
