Is currently seeking a new counter person/shop assistant.
25+ hours per week, weekend availability is a must - Friday/Saturday/Sunday availability required
The right candidate should be well organized, reliable, and possess exceptional customer service skills.
This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, greet customers, answer questions
- Schedule appointments
- Appointment follow up via phone and/or email
- Assist customers with completion of consent forms
- Run cash register, process CC payments & take deposits
- Complete daily revenue documentation
- Assist with maintaining a safe and sterile environment for artists & customers
Requirements:
- Friendly, positive, and drama free attitude
- Punctual and have reliable transportation
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Familiarity with tattoo/piercing culture and procedures
- Sales oriented with the ability to multitask
- Efficient with cash handling and scheduling
- Ability to be assertive and handle various customer and artist personalities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
