Shop Floor Manager – (Priory Market - Tallaght)

We’re passionate about high-quality coffee, great food, and creating a warm community vibe. We’re now looking for a dynamic and experienced Shop Floor Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations:
• Opening and closing according to schedule.
• Ensuring the floor runs smoothly and efficiently throughout the evening.
• Staff Management:
• Lead, motivate, and support a small team of floor staff.
• Manage weekly staff rosters in line with business needs.
• Conduct staff training and development to maintain service standards.
• Customer Experience:
• Maintain high standards of customer service and shop presentation.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively.
• Compliance & Standards:
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain clean, organised, and safe workspaces at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage rotas, ordering, and daily operations independently.
• A hands-on approach with a strong work ethic.

Pay: €25,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
