What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise technicians while maintaining a productive, positive shop environment.
• Assign work efficiently to maximize productivity and quality.
• Assist with diagnostics and complex mechanical repairs on cars, light trucks, medium-duty trucks, diesel equipment, trailers, and heavy equipment.
• Perform quality control inspections before vehicles leave the shop.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, correctly, and on time.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repair progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Train, mentor, and develop technicians.
• Assist with inventory management and shop equipment maintenance.
• Help drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Extensive mechanical knowledge and diagnostic ability.
• Experience with gas and diesel engines.
• Ability to prioritize multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of professional automotive or diesel repair.
• Previous foreman, lead technician, or shop management experience.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Towing or heavy equipment experience is a plus.
