Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) to move materials safely within the facility.
• Support the inventory management process by receiving, inspecting, and organizing stock items in the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and storage areas to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, ensuring timely completion of production goals.
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic issues with equipment or products during assembly.
• Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of tools and materials in a manufacturing environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and handling procedures are followed.

Skills

• Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing facility environment is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with familiarity in assembly processes and use of hand tools and power tools.
• Warehouse experience, including operating forklifts (certification preferred), is a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing workflows, assembly line operations, and factory safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and quality control.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems or machinery used in manufacturing environments. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $29.78 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
