This isn’t your run-of-the-mill job in a shop – it’s a full-time sales career opportunity, with clear progression pathways and uncapped earning potential.

New Pay Structure from January 2026: We’re introducing a new banding system for our Showroom Sales Executives in ROI:

• Band 1 – €32,500 + Uncapped Bonus Opportunity
• Band 2 – €35,000 + Uncapped Bonus Opportunity
• Band 3 – €37,500 + Uncapped Bonus Opportunity

All new starters will join on Band 1 for the duration of their 6-month probationary period. After this, quarterly reviews will be held to assess progression to higher bands based on set criteria.

Your Role:

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally
• Assist with product queries and offer expert advice
• Create proposals and process orders
• Follow up leads and maximise every opportunity
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate lead sheets and customer records
• Provide excellent service in-store and over the phone
• Follow up post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date with our product range

About You:

• Reliable, professional and motivated
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organised and confident using MS Office
• Willing to learn and grow in a sales environment
• Able to work independently once trained
• Flexible for late nights and Saturdays
• Willing to travel for induction

Desirable:

• Retail sales experience
• Confidence in selling
• Interest in interiors or creative flair
• Strong IT skills
• Understanding of the bathroom market
