Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and courteous manner
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service
Maintain product knowledge to effectively handle customer queries
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Handle billing, documentation, and ensure smooth transaction process
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and customer requirements
Maintain cleanliness and display standards of the showroom

Skills Required:

Strong communication & presentation skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools preferred)
