Postema signs is seeking a highly motivated and self-starting individual for a hybrid signage sales and project management role. This individual will be responsible for proactively generating new business through prospecting and building relationships with clients, while also expertly managing projects from inception to installation.
Responsibilities will include:
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Maintaining communication with the client throughout the project lifecycle.
Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and presentations that highlight the benefits of Postema Signs' products and services.
Negotiating pricing and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
Serving as the primary contact for assigned projects.
Coordinate with staff and management on design, production and installation to ensure projects adhere to sign regulations, specifications and deadlines.
Maintain accurate sales call records and project documents.
Update clients regularly during the entire lifetime of their project.
Qualifications:
Demonstrate experience in sales and project management, preferably within the signage or related industry.
Proven track record of success in prospecting for new business and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills.
A strong self starting mentality: This includes the ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize tasks and drive results without constant supervision.
Compensation:
The Company's compensation structure is designed to reward high-performing sales professionals. Based on the successful achievement of sales targets and performance metrics, it is anticipated that a driven Sales Representative can achieve a total annual compensation package, including base salary and commissions, in excess of $100,000 in their second year of employment.
