We are hiring a Site Engineer for housing development in Coosan Athlone .

Role Overview

• Position: Site Engineer (Residential)
• Location: Coosan Athlone
• Project: Major Housing scheme, Houses, Apartments and a Creche.

Key Requirements

• Residential experience: Proven experience on Irish residential housing sites
• Good knowledge of housing groundworks, drainage, and utility services.
• Setting Out: Precision setting out for foundations, slabs, and roads.
• Equipment: Proficient with Trimble or Leica Total Stations.
• Essential to have practical working experience within Ireland.

Main Responsibilities

• Residential Setting Out: Establish precise lines and levels.
• Groundworks & Services: Oversee deep drainage, water mains, and service ducting.
• Infrastructure: Manage the layout of estate roads, paths, and boundaries.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all works meet Irish Building Regulations.
• Site Coordination: Working hand-in-hand with residential groundworks crews.
