Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled laborer with strong experience in interlock and outdoor construction. This is not an entry-level role — you must be comfortable working on job sites with minimal supervision and producing clean, professional results.

Responsibilities

• Install interlock driveways, patios, and walkways
• Base prep (excavation, grading, compacting)
• Screeding and laying pavers accurately
• Cutting pavers using saws and tools
• Building borders, steps, and small retaining walls
• Assisting with fence construction and other exterior projects
• Loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean job site
• Working efficiently as part of a crew to meet deadlines

Requirements

• 2+ years of interlock or hardscape experience (required)
• Strong understanding of proper base prep and grading
• Ability to use plate compactors, saws, and basic construction tools
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work long outdoor days in varying weather

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with retaining walls or steps
• Fence or carpentry experience (posts, framing, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license (G license is an asset)

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
