Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Skilled Laborer to assist with a variety of tasks on job sites, including but not limited to material handling, demolition, site prep, installation, and equipment use. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or a related trade, and a strong work ethic. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various manual labor tasks on construction or project sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with installation, repairs, or demolition as needed.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
- Work under the direction of supervisors and project managers.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction, roofing, or skilled trades preferred.
- Must be able to climb ladders and work comfortably on rooftops.
- Not afraid of heights and able to follow proper fall protection protocols.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
