Skilled Labourer – Full-Time | Shepparton, VIC
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Shepparton – Goulburn Valley Region
Project: Large Mixed-Use Commercial Construction
We’re hiring a Skilled Labourer to join an exciting new commercial build in central Shepparton. This is a long-term, full-time role on a major mixed-use development, across two stages with a reputable construction team.
Description:
About the Role:
You will support site operations with hands-on labouring, equipment operation, and safety management. The ideal candidate will be reliable, experienced, and hold a range of high-risk licences.
Must-Have Licences:
Forklift (LF)
Telehandler (Gold Card)
Personnel & Materials Hoist (HP)
Dogging (DG)
Rigging (RB or higher)
Spotters Ticket
Traffic Control (TC preferred)
White Card
Key Responsibilities:
General labouring and site support
Operating hoists, forklifts, and telehandlers
Assisting trades and moving materials
Dogging and rigging tasks
Spotting for plant and machinery
Traffic management and control
Maintaining safety and cleanliness on site
Skills and Experiences:
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' labouring experience
Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused
Able to work well in a team
Must have High Risk Licences
Physically fit
