The Village at Morrisons Cove, a Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Martinsburg, PA, is seeking to hire a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our facility's maintenance processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and supervisory expertise in a fast-paced environment. As a key contributor, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of equipment and systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability across our operations. Your proactive approach and leadership skills will help foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Completion of a successful apprenticeship program in HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry or trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and testing tools such as ohmmeters.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately to execute repairs efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal department needs promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and promote best practices in facilities maintenance.
• 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance roles with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience managing maintenance teams or projects preferred.
• Ability to use testing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics.
• Physical ability to withstand prolonged bending, crouching, kneeling, bending, lifting, reaching and carrying.
