Small Assembly

VAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment. VAL-CO specializes in world-famous commercial poultry watering and feeding systems, as well as ventilation, feed storage, nesting equipment, and rodent and wildlife management. We are currently looking for Full-Time Small Assembly in the New Holland, PA facility. The position is first shift, Monday through Friday. Pay starts up to $17 per hour, and negotiable dependent on experience.

Benefits offered:

• Starting up to $17.00/hr
• PTO eligibility after 90 days
• Benefits eligibility 1st of month following 30 days; including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

• 1st Shift (6:00am-2:30pm), Monday-Friday
• Voluntary overtime
• Weekly pay

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform all assembly operations according to company methods, safety, quality, and quantity standards
• Identify parts needed for each assembly operation, know their use and function
• Assure parts meet quality standards and count is accurate on all packaging jobs
• Setup assigned jobs as required
• Keep work area neat and orderly
• Properly complete all required paperwork

Requirements:

• Able to understand and comply with direction from supervisor or lead
• Able to do basic math and complete all required paperwork properly
• Able to accurately count parts and follow job procedures
• Good dexterity to perform assembly operations
