Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, focusing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging multimedia content including photography, videos, graphics, and written posts that resonate with target audiences
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning
- Optimize content for SEO by integrating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase organic reach and visibility
- Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and advertising efforts including Facebook Advertising
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for designing visuals and editing videos that enhance storytelling
- Monitor web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions to foster strong relationships and enhance brand loyalty
- Support public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing media outreach, and maintaining positive brand reputation in digital spaces
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management within the automotive or related industry preferred
- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling visual content through photography or video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar)
- Experience with social listening tools and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics to track campaign success
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies to maximize online presence
- Familiarity with social media management applications such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics reporting
- Excellent proofreading skills coupled with a keen eye for branding consistency across all content types
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
