Job Description: Social Media Manager (1+ Year Experience)
Location: In-office (32bit Media)
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and hardworking Social Media Manager with experience in creating content, managing social media platforms, and running paid ad campaigns. The candidate must also have a basic to intermediate understanding of SEO to help optimize content and improve online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Develop content ideas and coordinate with the design team for creatives & videos
- Write engaging and SEO-friendly captions and posts
- Set up, run, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Perform basic SEO tasks:
- Keyword research
- On-page optimization
- Blog/content optimization
- Monitoring search rankings
- Track and analyze performance metrics using analytics tools
- Engage with followers—respond to comments, messages, and reviews
- Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and campaign updates
- Stay updated with trends, reels, hashtags, and platform algorithms
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge
- Understanding of content strategy and brand guidelines
- Good communication & client-handling skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Creative mindset, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
