Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative, trend-aware and digitally savvy Social Media Executive who can take ownership of content creation, social media execution, influencer marketing and day-to-day platform growth.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging Reels, videos, posts, stories and social media content
• Handle video editing and graphic designing for digital platforms
• Plan and execute social media content calendars
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, hashtags, audio and platform algorithms
• Understand and apply Instagram, Facebook and YouTube algorithms to improve reach and engagement
• Identify, coordinate and manage influencer collaborations and campaigns
• Monitor competitors and identify new content and campaign opportunities
• Track reach, engagement, views, followers and content performance
• Use analytics and insights to improve future content and social media strategy
• Ensure consistency in brand communication, tone and visual identity

What We’re Looking For
✔ 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media/content creation
✔ Strong understanding of social media platforms & algorithms
✔ Good content creation and storytelling skills
✔ Hands-on experience with Reels and short-form video
✔ Knowledge of CapCut / Premiere Pro / VN or similar editing tools
✔ Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop or similar design tools
✔ Understanding of Influencer Marketing
✔ Strong awareness of current digital and social media trends
✔ Good communication, coordination and execution skills
✔ A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas
