Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, e-commerce, and graphic design, along with proficiency in various social media management tools.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals.
• Create engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok
• Utilize tools for scheduling and managing posts effectively.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and audience engagement, responding promptly to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing efforts.
• Conduct research to identify target audiences and optimize content accordingly.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Canva to enhance visual content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce principles and how they relate to social media strategies.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics.
• Excellent graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Illustrator).
• Strong research skills to identify trends and audience preferences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
