We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can plan, organise, and manage our day to day content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast paced content environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage posting and scheduling on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms
- Research trends, topics and competitor content to support creative planning
- Prepare content ideas, scripts, captions and briefs for the creative team
- Coordinate with editors, designers and faculty for smooth content production
- Track performance and prepare basic analytics reports
- Maintain brand consistency across all posts
- Support the team with research tasks and documentation when needed
Requirements
- Understanding of social media platforms and how content performs
- Strong research ability and clear communication
- Basic knowledge of reels, shorts and long format content
- Ability to work with creative teams and follow timelines
- Prior experience in content or social media management is preferred, not mandatory
