We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can plan, organise, and manage our day to day content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast paced content environment.

Responsibilities

Manage posting and scheduling on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms
Research trends, topics and competitor content to support creative planning
Prepare content ideas, scripts, captions and briefs for the creative team
Coordinate with editors, designers and faculty for smooth content production
Track performance and prepare basic analytics reports
Maintain brand consistency across all posts
Support the team with research tasks and documentation when needed

Requirements

Understanding of social media platforms and how content performs
Strong research ability and clear communication
Basic knowledge of reels, shorts and long format content
Ability to work with creative teams and follow timelines
Prior experience in content or social media management is preferred, not mandatory
