Job Summary:

Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is looking for enthusiastic and driven graduates to join as teachers in our rural branches. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom sessions that foster critical thinking and communication.
• Support student development through interactive and student-centered learning.
• Apply training learnings in real-time to continuously improve teaching quality.
• Cultivate a supportive, disciplined, and inspiring classroom environment.
• Actively participate in community development through education.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹14,500
• Housing Allowance: Up to ₹3,000 per month
• Training: Intensive, all-expenses-paid training provided by FEA

Eligibility Criteria:

• A college degree in any discipline
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to society
• Willingness to relocate to rural areas – flexibility is essential
• Preference will be given to local candidates from Orai and Jalaun
• 90 Days training in Lucknow Gehru training center all the expenses paid by us
• 250 per day stipend you will get.
