Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior recruiters with sourcing, screening, and interviewing blue grey collar job candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job records in the recruitment system
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
Good to Have:
- Experience in recruitment or HR administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
