Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
  • Conduct door-to-door sales strategies and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns in local areas
  • Track sales activities and report on performance metrics regularly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in solar sales or alarm service is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A results-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit focused on achieving targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Must have over 1 experience in door-to-door knocking.
  • A vehicle and a clean driving license are mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Retention bonus

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Door to door knocking: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-07-28
