We’re looking for a Solution Manager, Data & Analytics to help shape the future of our IT systems. In this role, you will be working as part of team of Solution Managers to deliver robust, scalable solutions that support our business. Your Role

Act as a bridge between business and IT to define Data & Analytics solutions.
Lead projects to deliver end-to-end solutions
Support IT transformation by aligning system design with business needs.
Help define a future-proof Data & Analytics solution roadmap.
Participate in global projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain solution documentation and guide configuration efforts.
Assist in major incident handling and problem resolution.
Learn, grow, and contribute with a curious and collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business needs into scalable Data & Analytics solutions.
Drive solution design aligned with best practices and enterprise architecture.
Guide internal/external teams on configuration and development.
Support change management, release cycles, and solution lifecycle.
Ensure solution usability, performance, and security.
Collaborate with architects, Business Process Managers (BPM), and partners to deliver high-quality results.
Identify new opportunities and propose improvements.
Contribute to Data & Analytics processes such as AutoML.

What You Bring

3+ years in Data & Analytics development and delivery.
Strong hands-on experience in solution configuration.
Understanding of global templates and end-to-end implementations.
Experience with tools like Fabric, Azure, Databricks, PowerBI and Jira
Knowledge of Data & Analytics integrations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
Passion for continuous learning and improving business through Data & Analytics.
