About the Role:

SOURCING ASSOCIATE - LICENSING

The Sourcing Associate (Licensing) position provides client quoting and ordering support for Sourcing – liaising directly with clients and vendors to meet their everyday licensing needs.

You will work closely with a dedicated team of Licensing Specialists to provide sales support to a group of clients, to ensure expectations, sales commitments and the highest levels of client satisfaction are met and exceeded.

You will have a passion for service delivery, with strong support and administration skills. You will maintain and strengthen the relationship with managed clients by becoming a key part of the end-to-end process for the delivery of licensing to our sourcing clients.
Day to day you will be involved in:

You will provide proactive order administration support for the Licensing Specialists to ensure client expectations, sales commitments and the highest levels of client satisfaction are met and exceeded.

You will be a key liaison between Spark and our Vendors and internal Spark Business units.

  • Respond to quotation requests; work with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and provide accurate and timely quotations
  • Manage the ordering process in an accurate and timely fashion, liaising with the client and Specialist with any relevant updates (such as delays, errors, or significant changes)
  • Assist with and manage sourcing team activities held in the queue, responding to general inquiries and client/specialist requests
  • Manage the ordering and complete receipting and invoicing processes within Spark systems daily
  • Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to ensure a timely working solution is delivered
  • Ability to process purchase orders, taking full ownership of the ordering process.
  • Negotiate special pricing, terms, and conditions directly with software suppliers on behalf of clients
  • Renewals management: ensure renewal information is recorded accurately, check requirements with internal and external stakeholders in the leadup to renewal dates and ensure renewal quotes and orders are processed prior to expiry.
  • Managing the Licensing mailbox, ensuring timely responses to requests, and distributing tasks to Licensing Specialists where necessary.
  • Assist Licensing Specialists with tasks as the need arises.
