OUR ROLE

We’re now looking for a Sourcing Manager – Pet Care, Cooking, Scissors and Creating to join our Global Sourcing team in Espoo, Finland. In this strategic and impactful role, you will lead and execute the sourcing strategy across a diverse portfolio of categories—ensuring efficiency, innovation, and cost-effectiveness in how we source and partner with external manufacturers. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with our Brand, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams across Europe and beyond to shape the future of our sourcing operations.
This position is based in Espoo, Finland, reporting to our Global Sourcing Manager. The role is full-time and follows a hybrid working model.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS
Responsibilities:
You will work in a global sourcing team, contributing to some of our most beloved product categories. This is a high-impact role with visibility across multiple functions and stakeholders. Your insights and actions will help shape how we source goods for European markets and ensure our operations are aligned with long-term business and sustainability goals.
  • Lead the global sourcing strategy for Cooking, Pet Care, Scissors, and Creating categories across Europe.
  • Manage and optimize a network of third-party manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Drive strategic negotiations to secure cost-effective and high-quality supply contracts.
  • Conduct market trend analyses to identify sourcing opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—Brand, R&D, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing—to ensure sourcing alignment.
  • Ensure all activities meet compliance, sustainability, and ethical sourcing standards.
  • Continuously improve sourcing performance and supplier relationship management.
  • Contribute to the “Make-or-Buy” decision-making process and strategic forums.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience:
You are a results-driven sourcing professional with a passion for strategic thinking, cost optimization, and building strong partnerships. You bring a global mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to lead with integrity in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing or supply chain management, preferably in consumer-packaged goods.
  • Experience managing third-party manufacturing suppliers in a global context.
  • Proven track record of cost savings and value creation through strategic sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Economics, or Engineering (MBA a plus).
  • Full proficiency in English; other European languages are a plus.
