The Brehon Hotel & Spa is pleased to invite applicants to join our friendly and professional team.
If you have a passion for customer service, are enthusiastic and have great organisational & communication skills - we are a perfect place for you to develop and to progress your career!
The main duties will include:
- Welcoming and checking in guests on arrival and setting the tone for a relaxing experience.
- To deal politely and efficiently with all guests queries & reservations.
- Provide explanation of the vitality suite facilities and details of the treatments available to guests.
- To sell spa availability to achieve maximum occupancy.
The ideal Candidate:
- At least 12 months previous experience in a previous receptionist role
- Warm, friendly, positive personality with a genuine interest in guest care
- Team player and also willing to use own initiative when needed
- Good communication skills required
- Organisational skills are a must
