Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette.
  • Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records for office operations, including proofing documents for clarity and accuracy.
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and organizing files for easy access.
  • Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers.

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience or administrative background with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic data entry skills.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • Strong clerical skills such as filing, proofreading, typing, and document management.
  • Knowledge of office management practices including calendar coordination, time management, and customer service excellence.
  • Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant positions is a plus but not required.
