Job Summary:
The Spares Executive is responsible for managing spare parts inventory, issuing parts to the service department, handling customer spare parts enquiries, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring smooth spare parts operations in the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management
- Maintain stock of genuine spare parts.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Place spare parts orders with company/vendor.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
- Avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
2. Parts Issuing & Billing
- Issue parts against job cards to technicians.
- Handle retail counter spare parts sales.
- Prepare invoices and ensure proper billing.
- Maintain daily inward and outward stock records.
3. Coordination
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians.
- Inform Service Manager about fast-moving and non-moving parts.
- Follow up on pending back orders.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
- Update DMS entries regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Ensure warranty parts are handled as per company norms.
5. Customer Handling
- Attend spare parts enquiries.
- Explain pricing and availability to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at spare parts counter.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
