The job of Special Education Para-Educator was established for the purpose/s of providing support to the instructional program within assigned classroom with specific responsibility for assisting in the supervision, care and instruction of special needs students in the regular classroom or in a self-contained classroom; assisting in implementing plans for instruction; monitoring student behavior during non-classroom time; and providing information to appropriate school personnel.

Thunder Ridge Elementary: We are looking for someone to help our students when they are in a Special Education Autism small class setting. Under the direction of the teacher, you would help meet academic and functional behavior goals as well as help students regulate their emotions better. Must be willing to helping with feeding, diapering, and toileting.
