We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Educator to join our team and support children with diverse learning needs.
Location: [Arthashastra School, Panaiyur,ECR, Chennai]
Position: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply)
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ learning needs
- Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide one-on-one and group interventions
- Support academic, behavioral, and social development
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents
- Maintain progress reports and documentation
Qualification:
- B.Ed in Special Education / Diploma in Special Education (Any disability category)
- Good communication and classroom management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
