We’re looking for a dedicated, skilled, and empathetic Special Educator to join our multidisciplinary team, supporting neurodiverse learners and children with unique educational needs.

What You’ll Do

• Work 1:1 and in small groups with children with learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental needs.
• Plan and deliver Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each child’s learning goals.
• Adapt and modify curriculum to suit individual learning styles.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and therapists (Speech, OT, Behaviour) to ensure consistency and progress.
• Conduct progress tracking and share reports regularly.
• Deliver online sessions effectively and creatively.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Special Education or equivalent.
• RCI certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Special Educator.
• Experience working with neurodiverse students in school or therapy settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
