We’re looking for a dedicated, skilled, and empathetic Special Educator to join our multidisciplinary team, supporting neurodiverse learners and children with unique educational needs.
What You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with children with learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental needs.
- Plan and deliver Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each child’s learning goals.
- Adapt and modify curriculum to suit individual learning styles.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and therapists (Speech, OT, Behaviour) to ensure consistency and progress.
- Conduct progress tracking and share reports regularly.
- Deliver online sessions effectively and creatively.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Special Education or equivalent.
- RCI certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Special Educator.
- Experience working with neurodiverse students in school or therapy settings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
