Then this might be your next opportunity! We are looking for a Specialist to join our Logistic Services team – part of BESTSELLER’s Logistic Customer Relations function – located at our distribution center in Haderslev, Denmark.

YOUR TEAM
You’ll join the Logistic Services team within Logistic Customer Relations – part of BESTSELLER’s Flow of Goods organisation. We ensure that our logistics operations meet customer requirements efficiently and reliably. Working closely with our brands, markets and logistics partners, we translate business needs into practical logistics solutions.

YOUR ROLE
As a Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining customer logistics setups – ensuring that transport, packaging, and labeling requirements are accurately implemented in our systems and processes.
You’ll work cross-functionally with markets, brands and distribution centers to align setups, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for simplification and process improvements.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing professional support and guidance on customer setups and logistics settings
• Managing and optimizing customer-specific setups such as pallet configurations, VAS (value adding services) codes, labeling, and warehouse allocations
• Evaluating customer flows and identifying opportunities for simplification and efficiency improvements
• Collaborating across Flow of Goods, Operations, and Markets to ensure alignment and optimal logistics solutions
• Participating in cross-functional projects such as new ERP implementations, warehouse onboarding, and process optimization initiatives
• Contributing to knowledge sharing and developing logistics guidelines and tools

YOUR PROFILE
You are motivated by creating structure and finding solutions to complex logistical challenges. With a curious and proactive mindset, you constantly look for smarter and more efficient ways to work.
You combine a strong service orientation with the ability to build solid relationships across functions – and you stand your ground when needed.

We imagine that you:

• Have 3–5 years of experience within logistics, supply chain a related field
• Are structured, self-driven, and take ownership of your tasks
• Have Excel skills and preferably experience with Power BI
• Enjoy working in an office environment where teamwork and daily sparring are key to success
• Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
