Revenue & Booking Targets

• You are responsible for achieving individual monthly targets. Targets and incentives plans will be given to you in different mail.

3. B2B TA & Corporate Engagement:

• Conduct regular B2B TA & corporate visits to generate new business opportunities. Weekly 45-50 new meetings conduction is expected from you.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure business continuity

4. Performance Review

• Target review meetings will be conducted on a weekly basis to track progress and provide necessary guidance.
• Weekly target will be on a prodata basis.

5. Team Development

• You are required to co-ordinate with the HR team for hiring suitable team members to strengthen the sales function.
• Ensure proper training and onboarding of new team members to align them with company goals and processes.

6. Team Target

• You will be responsible for monitoring and driving for existing team target achievement.
• Your incentive will be calculated on basis of your team target achievement
• After completion of hiring, the team target will be communicated to you.

7. Reporting & Coordination

• You will report directly to Zonal Sales Manager
• Ensure that daily work updates and performance data are shared with your reporting manager without fail.
• Maintain proper tracking of leads, conversions, visits, and bookings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
