Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our real estate team in Patna. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to generate leads, manage clients, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate leads through field visits, customer referrals, online platforms, and other sources.
• Promote and sell residential plots, properties, and real estate projects.
• Handle customer inquiries, property visits, and site inspections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Negotiate with clients and close property deals.
• Manage the sales team and monitor their performance.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for smooth sales operations.

Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria
