Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This position will support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and other general accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid accounting fundamentals, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and account schedules
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other balance sheet accounts
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances
• Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation
• Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with company policies and GAAP
• Support process improvements and other accounting projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 1–4 years of accounting experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
