About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to support the Chief of Staff and Project Management team across multiple innovation and tech-driven projects at Pershing Global Solutions (PGS).

As a Personal Assistant with project coordination responsibilities, you will act as a central relay between the CEO, project leaders, and tech/marketing teams, contributing to the execution and structuring of high-impact initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Chief of Staff and Chief Strategist Officer in daily tasks and long-term planning
• Coordinate cross-functional projects (tech, product, branding, marketing)
• Track progress on ClickUp and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Organise team meetings, follow-ups, and internal reporting
• Assist the CEO in managing strategic priorities and team alignment
• Liaise with internal teams (tech, marketing, legal) and external partners
• Prepare summaries, reports, and internal communication documents

Profile

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong sense of organisation, initiative and discretion
• Comfortable using ClickUp or eager to learn quickly
• Interest in startups, tech innovation and multi-project environments
• Ability to follow instructions while suggesting process improvements
• Based remotely or open to working from Bali

Conditions
