Due to ongoing expansion, EZ Living Interiors are seeking a Stock Administrator based in our Distribution Center in Little Island.
This is a very varied and rewarding role that will suit a candidate who has gained the required skills throughout their career to date.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Recording and transferring stock to the right locations.
- Logging stock onto the company’s computer system.
- Monitor and edit our stock’s primary pick location daily.
- Liaise with Management to ensure the accuracy of received and despatched goods and amend/rework accordingly.
- Highlight possible stock for consolidation to the Stock Controller.
- Process relevant documentation relating to Stock Control.
- Monitor the Floor bins daily.
- Liaise with our customer care team on products in locations with parts taken. Monitor and adjust accordingly.
- Assist with weekly stock counts.
- Weekly reporting, including monitoring incorrect kit components and overallocated products.
- Report any issues to the Stock controller and Warehouse Management.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines;
- Previous stock experience preferred;
- Team player who can also work on their own initiative;
- Flexibility within the role to cover all areas of the Stock department functionality;
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and investigation skills;
- PC literate with a strong working knowledge of MS Office Packages.
