Synergy Stocktaking Northwest is an independent food and beverage stock control and auditing company providing professional stocktaking, cost control, and reporting services to hospitality businesses including hotels, restaurants, bars, and catering operations. We work directly with business owners and senior management to improve stock accuracy, margins, and operational efficiency.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Stock Controller to carry out independent stocktakes and inventory audits across multiple client sites. This role requires a high level of integrity, accuracy, and professionalism, as you will be working unsupervised within client premises and handling commercially sensitive information.
- Conduct food and beverage stocktakes at client premises (hotels, restaurants, bars, and catering venues)
- Accurately count, measure, and value food, beverage, and consumable stock
- Record and reconcile stock levels against purchasing and sales data
- Identify and report variances, wastage, shrinkage, and pricing discrepancies
- Prepare clear, accurate stock and cost control reports for clients
- Verify supplier invoices, delivery notes, and pricing where required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €31,200.00-€62,400.00 per year
