Description:
This role requires you to be onsite Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Inputting all data entry for stock received on daily basis using the ERP/distribution systems.
Maintain and control CHEP pallet counts.
Review and maintain all necessary report requirements including payroll timesheet report, transaction reports, and inventory control.
Accurate processing of customer payment including issuing of payment receipts, processing refunds and variations.
Provide excellent customer service including resolving complaints.
General administrative duties across the PFA market stands.

Skills and Experiences:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Capable of setting up and maintaining basic databases, spreadsheets, and generating reports.
Keen attention to details and passion for accuracy.
Forklift Licenced
Highly effective time management abilities, with a proven track record of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to resolve customer concerns whilst maintaining a positive and solution-focused approach.
Applicants with previous experience handling cash, account reconciliation, and using ERP software will be highly regarded.
