About the Role

As Store Business Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the overall performance of your store—delivering an exceptional customer experience, building a high-performing team, and driving sales and profitability. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of your store and make a meaningful impact as part of a brand that values its people and purpose.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading a passionate and professional team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Driving sales results and exceeding store KPIs
  • Coaching, developing and mentoring team members to grow their retail careers
  • Ensuring excellence in visual merchandising and stock management
  • Creating a store culture that reflects the MJ Bale brand and values
Skills and Experiences:
What We’re Looking For

You’re a confident and experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment. You love engaging with customers, motivating your team, and bringing a high standard of energy and attention to everything you do.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven experience managing a fashion/lifestyle retail store (1–3 years minimum)
  • A strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs and retail operations
  • A natural leadership style with a focus on collaboration, coaching and accountability
  • Passion for styling, tailoring, and premium customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
