The Opportunity

We’re looking for a confident and hands-on Store Business Manager to lead one of our stores.

This is more than just running a store, it’s about owning your business, developing your team, and creating an environment where both your people and customers genuinely enjoy being.

You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, building team capability, and ensuring your store consistently delivers a premium customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading, coaching and developing your team to perform at their best
Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
Creating a strong team culture that is supportive, accountable and results-driven
Managing day-to-day operations including rostering, stock and VM
Delivering a premium, personalised customer experience
Recruiting and onboarding great talent into your store
Identifying opportunities to grow your business locally

Skills and Experiences:
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a Store Manager / SBM role (or ready to step up)
Strong leadership skills, you know how to motivate and develop a team
Commercial mindset with a focus on results and growth
Passion for customer experience and building relationships
Ability to balance people, operations and performance
A hands on approach you lead from the front
