We are looking for a reliable and proactive Store Manager who can run daily operations and manage basic in-house bookkeeping. This is a key position combining leadership, customer service, inventory oversight, and financial accuracy. If you’re organized, good with numbers, and have strong people skills — we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Store Management:
- Oversee day-to-day retail/store operations
- Supervise and train staff, ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and sales-ready at all times
Bookkeeping Duties:
- Maintain daily sales records and petty cash
- Record purchases, expenses, and vendor invoices
- Prepare and reconcile daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate with accountant for monthly/quarterly reports
- Manage POS and ensure accuracy of cash flow and banking
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role
- Minimum years of experience 2 years is a must
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, or similar)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Business or Accounting is a plus)
