We are looking for a reliable and proactive Store Manager who can run daily operations and manage basic in-house bookkeeping. This is a key position combining leadership, customer service, inventory oversight, and financial accuracy. Responsibilities:

Store Management:

• Oversee day-to-day retail/store operations
• Supervise and train staff, ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and sales-ready at all times

Bookkeeping Duties:

• Maintain daily sales records and petty cash
• Record purchases, expenses, and vendor invoices
• Prepare and reconcile daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate with accountant for monthly/quarterly reports
• Manage POS and ensure accuracy of cash flow and banking

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role
• Minimum years of experience 2 years is a must
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, or similar)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Business or Accounting is a plus)
