About the role:
We have two full-time Store Manager positions available to lead and inspire our boutique teams located at either Paddington or The Strand Arcade. Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales targets, fostering a positive and motivated team culture and ensuring Viktoria & Woods standards, policies and values are upheld.

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring we are delivering exceptional shopping experiences to all of our clients, identifying ways to grow our customer database and increase customer retention;
Driving the Sales performance;
Stock Management and Stock Loss prevention;
Provide leadership, training and development for a small team;
Act as a role model for our Values, cultivating an environment that embraces excellence, is customer focused and inspired; and
Making sure our boutique runs as smoothly and productively as possible.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in a management role;
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships;
Strong Operational experience;
Demonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit results;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and
Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
