Position Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining our brand standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and hands-on, with the ability to motivate a team and uphold the quality Shawarma Royale is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, shift supervision, and staff coordination
- Lead, train, and support team members to ensure consistent guest satisfaction
- Manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations
- Ensure all food preparation meets Shawarma Royale quality standards and food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to all health & safety protocols
- Manage inventory control, supplier orders, and stock rotation
- Handle cash management, daily sales reports, and POS reconciliation
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy
- Implement company policies, operational procedures, and service standards
- Collaborate with Head Office for staffing updates, promotions, marketing rollouts, and corporate communications
- Monitor store performance and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in food service or hospitality (required)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Solid understanding of food safety, health regulations, and POS systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- Restaurant management: 2 years (required)
