We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Store Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory control, managing budgets, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance store performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, including purchasing, stocking, and inventory control to maximize sales potential.
• Lead, train, and develop staff through effective employee orientation and ongoing training programs.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and motivating employees to achieve sales goals.
• Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and budget management to ensure financial accuracy.
• Conduct interviews and recruit new staff members while providing guidance on performance evaluations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Monitor retail math metrics such as pricing, sales management, and shift management to optimize store performance.
• Ensure effective cash handling procedures are followed during transactions and maintain accurate cashiering practices.

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
• Proficiency in employee orientation, interviewing techniques, recruiting practices, and training & development methodologies.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales management and customer service excellence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising principles, inventory management techniques, and administrative functions.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with leadership qualities to inspire team members towards achieving common goals.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
