Attività principali:
Gestione e coordinamento del team di vendita
Monitoraggio delle performance e raggiungimento degli obiettivi
Gestione dello store (ordini, magazzino, visual merchandising)
Assistenza clienti e gestione reclami
Controllo cassa e reportistica
Requisiti:
Esperienza nel ruolo nel settore retail
Capacità di leadership e gestione del team
Orientamento al cliente e ai risultati
Disponibilità a lavorare su turni
Contratto di lavoro: Part-time
Retribuzione: €913,58 - €2.418,28 al mese
