- Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in F&B industry.
- Candidate must willing to work in Jewel Changi Airport.
- Create employee schedules, assigning schedules and responsibilities to employees.
- Train new employees and providing ongoing education for employees.
- Evaluate staff based on performance-based metrics.
- Set criteria for staff, such as sales performance and customer approval or complaints.
- Giving staff financial goals and sales targets to meet on a scheduled basis.
- Helping to create advertising campaigns for attracting new customers and retaining current customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
