Key Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive amazing Guest experiences in a team environment.
• Experience with effectively managing multiple commitments to Guests and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing retail environment.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
• Proven track record of sales revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.
• Mantain accurate inventory control.
• Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement marketing strategies to boost store visibility and sales.

Pay & Benefits

Base pay for a Mountain High Outfitters Store Manager is determined in part by experience and skill level, as well as individual Shop performance. The average base range is $52,000 - $60,000, and Store Managers are eligible for bonus pay that ranges between $1,000 and $5,000 per year. This is a salaried position and requires a work schedule of between 44 – 48 hours per week, depending upon Shop needs and season.

• Retail management: 2 years (Required)
• Retail sales: 3 years (Required)
