We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Copenhagen Brand Center - a flagship destination where brand, product, and consumer experience come together.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a strong retailer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves leading people, and is driven to deliver exceptional results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store and its commercial success. You will:

Drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
Deliver a premium consumer experience by leading from the front on the sales floor
Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve high performance and engagement
Analyze store performance data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
Ensure flawless execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and in-store communication
Oversee all store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong execution of policies and procedures
Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and service levels
Take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and development of store team members
Build a strong team culture with clear expectations, regular feedback, and development opportunities
Collaborate with District and Retail teams to drive business success and share best practices

WHO YOU ARE:

A passionate retailer with solid experience in store management and leading teams
A strong leader who leads by example and thrives on the shop floor
Commercially driven with a strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations
Skilled in analyzing performance data and turning insights into action
A natural coach who develops talent and builds high-performing teams
A true brand ambassador who lives and breathes the adidas values
Fluent in English (additional Nordic languages are a plus)
